So my internet connection is so slow this morning I think I may go insane.
I had a great night at church with the teenagers last night. I broke them up into groups and had each group read a section of Scripture and then draw a large picture that represented what they had just read. They seemed to be having fun and best of all they seemed to be able to recall what they had read. I sent them home with a project to do and bring back on Sunday morning, with the promise that if they did it we would have BBQ at my house on Sunday afternoon. I have class tonight in Salem, for those that may not know I am in the process of getting my Masters in Teaching from George Fox. From Salem I am headed to PDX for Generation Unleashed until Saturday afternoon. Then church Sunday AM, BBQ afternoon, back to church for PM, and then hanging out with some guys at my house on Sunday night. Needless to say I will be ready for a nap on Monday.
Poll results are coming in. I just talked with Amy and she is excited to see the results.
